Within Canada: Purely Pearls provides trackable shipping within Canada at no cost for all  purchases over $100 (pre-tax) via Canada Post. Typically, this is a 5-10 business day service to most locations in Canada. There is a $10 flat-rate charge for orders of $99 or less.

USA: Purely Pearls offers free shipping within the USA for orders over $250
(pre-tax). There is a $25 flat-rate charge for orders $249 or less. Any customs and duty charges are independent of Purely Pearls.
International: Purely Pearls is pleased to offer international shipping but please contact us first so we can provide you with a shipping estimate and confirm that we ship to your destination. International orders may be subject to customs and duties charges. These charges are independent of Purely Pearls and are not included in any quoted shipping charges.

Return Policy

We want you to be in love with your jewelry! If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us at info@purely-pearls.com within 45 days of your order being placed. Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Hair accessories and clearance items are final sale.

Any shipping costs accompanying your package return are the  responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
